Care Days are an opportunity for everyone in the Dufferin/Mulmur community, who may not have access to care providers, to connect with a variety of health and social care organizations in one place.
Senior’s Focus Morning:
- Telecheck (friendly check in calls)
- Alzheimer Society of Dufferin County
- Dufferin County Community Support Services
- Community Paramedics
- Bethell Hospice (grief supports and Advance Care Planning)
Family Focus Afternoon:
- Dietitian
- Safe and Healthy Relationships
- Mental Health Supports
- Addictions Supports
- Dufferin Child and Family Services (programs and supports)
- EarlyON Centre (programs and supports)
