Camp Mansfield provides a special place for campers to get outside and connect with friends old and new! We allow campers the space to grow and try new things, in a safe and supportive environment with a maximum group size of 20 co-ed campers and a 1:8 staff to camper ratio. Campers love our amazing staff and fun activities and parents love our all-inclusive pricing that includes lunch and snacks each day.

Day Camp (Ages 5–13):
$535/week
Early Bird Rate: $475/week — available until January 15, 2026
Pre-Season Price: $505/week — January 16 to April 23, 2026
Add-On Programs:
Mountain Bike Sessions — add $50/week (ages 8–13)
Offered during Week #3: July 13 – July 17 2026 and Week #7: Aug 10 – Aug 14 2026.
Payment Plans
Flexible payment options are available during registration:
50% due at the time of registration
25% due on April 1, 2026
25% balance due on May 1, 2026
If registering after May 1, payment is due in full at the time of registration.
Tax Reciept: Looking for a past camp invoice?
As a reminder, your camp receipts for tax purposes are also available directly through your CampBrain account should you need to access them at any time.
How to Access Your Tax Receipt Online:
1. Visit your CampBrain account at: https://moc.campbrainregistration.com/
2. Log in using your email address and password.
3. Navigate to “view my submitted applications”> click the Summer Camp or PD Day or event attended then click the “details” button.
4. Go to the Financial section and click the “download printable season account statement” button.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
