Terms and Conditions

ANNUAL FACILITY & DAY TRAIL PASSES

A waiver must be completed for all pass holders. Refunds are not available due to weather conditions, snow conditions, injuries or for any other reason.

2025 & 2026 CAMP MANSFIELD TERMS & CONDITIONS

A waiver and registration forms must be completed for all camp participants.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

We recognize that sometimes plans change and you must withdraw your child from camp. Cancellations or changes in registrations must be made in writing and are subject to the following:

  • Before April 1st – A refund will be granted less $300 per week of overnight camp booked or $150 per week of day camp.
  • April 1st to May 31st – A refund will be granted less $500 per week of overnight camp booked or $250 per week of day camp booked.
  • After June 1st – Cancellations after this date will result in complete forfeiture of camp fees (all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable).
  • No refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted for late arrival, early departure, withdrawal, or dismissal.
  • Mansfield Outdoor Centre will do our best to accommodate requests for changes in weeks, but are subject to availability and must be requested a minimum of 2-weeks in advance of the current booking date. If Mansfield Outdoor Centre is unable to accommodate the change, no refunds or credits will be provided.

MEDICAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

All campers are subject to the above policies; however, considerations will be made in the event of an unavoidable medical cancellation. Should you need to cancel your registration on medical grounds we ask that you provide a signed medical note from your Doctor and that you contact the Camp Administrator directly to discuss the cancellation.

In a case of major illness, injury, or serious family situation while at camp, credits will be provided minus administrative fees and the days spent at camp.

PAYMENT PLAN:

Payment plans are available with credit card (Visa, MasterCard) payments only.

  • 50% of the fees are due at time of registration. 
  • 25% is due by April 1, 2026
  • The remaining balance (25%) is due by May 1, 2026.

Payments are required by their due date to hold your registration. If fees are not paid in full, your registration at camp and any payments made will be forfeited. Credit cards will be charged automatically on the payment due date.
